Lucy Ella Morrison McGuire Hunter, 89, of Prestonsburg, died Nov. 10.

She was born Oct. 28, 1923, the daughter of the late James and Rosie Setser Morrison. Her first husband, John E. McGuire, and her second husband, Woodrow Hunter, preceded her in death. Her siblings Shirley Morrison, Jack Morrison, Woodrow Morrison, Ruben Morrison, Wilson Morrison, Amie Burke and Mary M. Rose also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her stepsons Arley (Dolly) Hunter, Donald (Robin) Hunter and Gordan (Jean) Hunter; stepdaughters Wanda (Bill) Conn, Helen (Larry) Samons and Roberta (Elige) Thompson; her special niece Ruby Ousley; six step-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services were held Nov. 12 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home with David Garrett officiating. Burial followed in the Richmond Cemetery in Prestonsburg.

Keilan William Woods, the infant son of Kyle Edwin and Crystal Gail McCown Woods, died Nov. 11. He was born July 23 in Prestonsburg. Other survivors: brothers
